Wheeler Public Library The J.C. Wheeler Library is located in the heart of Martin, MI across from the Elementary School and Fire Barn/Township Hall. The Library will be going to curbside service beginning Monday, November 30th. We are happy to still help you get the books, movies and audiobooks that you need. We can also still help you with your copies and faxes. For this reason, the library is going fine-free. All past overdue fines have been waived and fines will no longer accrue for late items. What this means for our patrons. you will no longer receive a daily fine on overdue materials you are still responsible for returning materials on time. We want them back please! you will receive gentle reminders to return your items. your account will be blocked if materials are overdue.
